Where is your studio located?
We are located in Maumee, OH, but are only doing appointment only or event bookings at this time.

Not at all! Permanent jewelry is a painless & safe process of welding the metal, creating a sized-to-fit bracelet or necklace.

What if I don't want it permanently welded?
Thats ok! We have clasps we can use to put your new piece on instead of welding it!
Can I ever take it off?
Yes! Your jewelry can be easily removed with finger nail clippers or wire cutters at the weld site.
How long does it last?
Your permanent jewelry can last weeks, months, years - as long as you want!
Keep in mind, while bonded Permanent Jewelry is meant for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and not invincible.

Can you put a chain on my child?
We can! We do not weld any type of jewelry for minors at the moment, but they can absolutely pick a chain & charms, and we can connect it with a clasp!
What chains do you have available?
We have a wide selection of chains available; you will definitely find something you love! We have 14K gold, 18K gold, gold filled, stainless steel, sterling silver, rose gold filled, & 14K rose gold.
Can I customize my piece?
Of course! We have a variety of charms and connectors to make your piece unique to you! Charms & connectors are priced separately and vary depending on the type you choose.
How much does it cost?
Your actual price will depend on the chain you choose, and the length of the chain needed.

How much does it cost?
Your actual price will depend on the chain you choose, and the length of the chain needed.
Example: Bracelets are smaller than anklets. Anklets & necklaces require more length of the chain, so they are both more expensive than a bracelet.
Example: A 14K gold bracelet is going to cost more than a gold filled bracelet. The quality of the chain is increased by it being 14K gold.
What about going through airport security?
TSA will not require you to take off permanent jewelry.
What if my bracelet stretches or breaks?
While Permanent Jewelry is meant for normal everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and not invincible. If your chain breaks or needs to be adjusted tighter, we offer 1 complimentary repair within 30 days of your initial appointment. Chain must be present upon repair appointment, missing chains will not be replaced.

Please note:
If the chain is not in its original condition (stretched out beyond repair or contains multiple breaks), a new chain will need to be purchased.
Can I get an anklet?
Yes! For a small surcharge, we can make any chain an anklet.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to transfer your deposit to a future date. Private parties require 2 weeks cancellation notice. We do understand things happen out of our control, but we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if possible!
Refunds are not given on deposits, but can be transferred to a future booking.
